Australian Online Orders - Method of Return or Exchange

If you change your mind on any product/s, purchased via Royal Aquamarine online (www.royalaquamarine.com) can be returned to us via contacting our customer service team, or by emailing [email protected].

Products must be in the original condition and must be sent back within 14 days from original receipt of goods, your proof of purchase/order information must also be included in the return. Failure to meet with these conditions could result in an exchange or refund being denied.

The Credit Card or PayPal Account to be refunded, will be the Credit Card or PayPal Account which you ordered with.

The value of Royal Aquamarine product will be refunded only, unfortunately not the freight portion.

For purchases other than via www.royalaquamarine.com, please return the items unopened and in original condition with your purchase receipt to the purchasing store to obtain a refund or exchange within 14 days from receipt.

Domestic Delivery

All Australian shipments will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order.

Shipments within Australia will be FREE of charge.

Most destinations in Australia will receive items within 7 working days, however, remote destinations can take up to 14 working days.

International Delivery

All International orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order.

Shipments made internationally will be charged at AU$20 per order.

Most destinations worldwide will be delivered within 5-10 working days, however remote destinations can take up to 15-20 working days dependant on customs regulations within each country.

Unfortunately Royal Aquamarine cannot guarantee these exact shipping windows. Each shipment is different and will vary from country to country.

In some countries products may be undeliverable. If in the event this happens Royal Aquamarine will refund the value of the products to the customer.

Please note you will be asked to check your agreement to our Terms & Conditions when placing your overseas order, please understand that following Royal Aquamarine Refund & Exchange Policy you are agreeing to cover the cost of freight for exchanged products or returns.

Customs Declaration

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value (AUD). We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift' as we are a retail company, please do not request this.

Exchange Rate

All international orders will be charged in AUD with the final transaction charge to your account varying due to exchange rate fluctuations.

International Taxes and Duties

Any International Taxes & Duties are payable by yourself (our Customer). Royal Aquamarine will utilise the best methods to minimise costs of taxes/duties/customs & freight where ever possible to make your experience in purchasing our product on line, as happy and easy as possible. Unfortunately Royal Aquamarine is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges are beyond our control.

Track your order online

For International shipments, a consignment note number will be despatched via email for your reference.

You can track the progress of the shipment at any time, via shipping company’s website - tracking facilities.

Stock Availability

If for any reason stock is not available, you will be unable to proceed with order this item and a notice will appear informing you when the product requested will be back in stock. Please return and order at a later date.

Royal Aquamarine will not sell, rent or disseminate your personal information to other parties.

Liability of Royal Aquamarine

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Royal Aquamarine will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly, due to misinformation given on your order form.

Returns and Cancellations

When shopping at Royal Aquamarine online, all products sold are of the exact same standard and quality of those sold in stores. If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way (colour, texture), you may request an exchange of opened product, please contact our Customer Care Team via [email protected].

Royal Aquamarine will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error.

If it is found the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.

If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced (the same size and value of the original product ordered) and shipping will be paid for by Royal Aquamarine.

To do this, you must obtain a return authorisation number via email.

Email your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to [email protected]

This will enable us to allocate you a return authorisation number & inform you where to send the faulty product.

Cancellations

Due to the order processing of our web site we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.
